We have been working with NZTA for a number of years, to reduce the speed limit on the highway next to our kura and this will be happening in April!
During peak times around school drop-off and pick-up and during special events, the speed limit on SH2 next to the school will be reduced to 60km p/hr. This is to help ensure our tamariki are safe and our school friends and whānau are safe when they are turning in and out of the kura during peak times. Please share with your whānau and friends so everyone is aware.
The new signs will be installed in April, so keep an eye out! More information is attached.
